Joy Allan-Wilsher knows a thing or two about vegetables, legumes, and gender alienating social clubs. In her song “Nut Pumpkin,” she pleads for her husband to hurry home from his men’s club meeting because she has a nut pumpkin waiting for him at home. Whatever the hell a nut pumpkin is, I have no idea, but it makes me laugh just to say it.
