Highly Recommended: New Music From Jay Reatard - "DOA"

WOW! What a surprise! Jay Reatard releases another 7" with awesome songs. We. Are. Truly. Shocked.

Ok, the truth is that we are not surprised at all that the 5th 7" in Jay's Matador series is just as great, if not greater than, the previous ones. This time the concept is "three." Three different record covers (again with the "Fangs") and three new songs, "DOA" being the most intense of the bunch and definitely our favorite. It's old-school Jay; fucked up and ruthless.

Like all the others, this 7" sold out fast, but the mp3 versions are still available and a compilation collecting all of the singles and b-sides from the series will be available through Matador on 10/7.
