Highly Recommended: The Rumble Strips

Let's get ready to... (Come on, I'm not going to say it). But I will tell you that I am eagerly awaiting the arrival ofThe Rumble Strips on US soil. This new London-based band is playing a show at The Theater of Living Arts in Philly on November 29!

The Rumble Strips are four guys who grew up together in Tavistock, UK, moved to London, and started creating some edgy, but sincere music. The addition of trumpet and saxophone make for an incredibly unique and almost unplaceable sound - somewhere and everywhere between power ska and soulful acoustic jams.

Their first full-length album, Girls and Weather on Fallout/Islands Records was released in early September. It is available for purchase from HMV.
