Nerdcore Rising! A Documentary About The Kind of Music That Will Not Get You Girls

Nerd-rap? Nerdcore? If these terms are unfamiliar to you then chances are you have a life. A new documentary entitled Nerdcore Rising, which debuts at this year's SXSW festival, takes an inside look at the totally uncontroversial music genre that mixes nerdiness and Hip-Hop (Devo meets Public Enemy meets Screech). It follows the dorky adventures of MC Front-A-Lot, the self-proclaimed James Brown (er, Bill Gates) of nerdcore who raps about crazy shit like the future, meta-data and computer processors. Check out the trailer for the film, and then realize how much cooler you are...
