Today I woke up with ringing ears and legs like lead. After one listen to “Easy Eats or Dirty Doctor Galapagos”, my newly-designated favorite track from Philly-based MAN MAN’s forthcoming album, I was cured of the doldrums! No medical professional could have gotten me through the midweek slump better. This track is catchy, buoyant, and resonant, but most importantly, remains endearingly true to MAN MAN’s signature manic vaudeville style of thickly layered musicmaking. More like merrymaking, if you ask me!
