OMFG: My Bloody Valentine 2008 Tour! (Part 2)

And "the story" continues. At 9:45am this morning I logged on to Ticketmaster's website and navigated successfully to the My Bloody Valentine/Roseland Ballroom ticket page. At first I questioned whether or not I should drop 50 bucks on this show. What if they end up sucking? After, all they haven't really played live in quite some time. Then I thought, "Who am I kidding?" I've been waiting more than 10 years for this shit! This is monumental! Hordes of people will most likely start making out in synchronization when the band breaks into Loveless classics like "To Here Knows When" and "Blown A Wish." How can it not be amazing?

So what did I do? When the clock on my computer struck 10:00, I selected "floor seats" and clicked the purchase button with purpose, with the purpose of witnessing one of the most innovative bands of our time perform live. The progress bar lit up and undulated back and forth, eventually sending me to my confirmation page. Success! Holy shit! My-bloody-fuckin-valentine! Man, September 23rd can't come "Soon" enough!
