These Days, Shouldn’t it be all about the live show?
In today’s world, music is invisible. Albums are broken up into individual songs and traded freely. The majority of the time, people share these albums with each other online and in separate spaces. Sure there are communities built around this activity, but it lacks that certain physical connection and experience that truly brings people together.
This experience is what Dark Horse and the Carousels, a new and very exciting unsigned band from Philadelphia, want to excel at. And after upstaging Peter, Bjorn and John at a recent MySpace secret show, these guys are definitely on their way to doing just that.
