Times New Viking Will Make Your Ears Bleeeed!
Times New Viking, not to be confused with the bland as shit typeface Times New Roman, is an in-your-face, fuzzed out punk band...that wants to make your ears bleed.
"(My Head)" is one of the best tracks from their new album, Rip It Off, due out on January 22nd on Matador Records. The song is filled with crazy tension as its pop elements try desperately to avoid being swallowed by the furious noise. Play it for your mom and it will make her wanna pull her hair out, unless of course, your mom digs great American Underground music that sounds like it's coming out of blown-out speakers.
